I’m Rocio Castellanos.
Founder and owner of Natural Inner Healing and Wellness LLC, where I integrate various healing modalities to enhance the overall well-being of families and individuals experiencing mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual hardships through accessible and effective holistic services through support, education, and advocacy.

As a passionate advocate for education, personal development, and holistic well-being, I have dedicated years to guiding individuals and families through their unique transformation processes.

My background includes roles as an education cardiopulmonary instructor, program coordinator and state trainer for mental health initiatives. In addition, I bring my expertise as a Clinical Hypnotherapist, Transpersonal Life Coach & Mentor, and Reiki Master practitioner to those seeking deeper alignment, healing, and personal growth.

Drawing on my leadership experiences, such as serving as class speaker for the Women's Build Academy 6th generation cohort offered by the YWCA, I aim to inspire, guide, and uplift others on their path to success and well-being.
